Strategic Partnership for Sustainable Horticulture

A Focus on Sustainable, Non-Chemical Inputs

A cornerstone of this partnership is the commitment to environmentally conscious farming. As part of the technical interventions, Sreshta Farmer Producer Company Limited will establish a Bio-fermentation Unit - through strategic alliance between Satya Impex (the "Anchor Buyer") and Sreshta Farmer Producer Company Limited (the "Supplier") Operating under the National Horticulture Board’s Cluster Development Programme (CDP), this collaboration is designed to modernize the horticulture value chain in Andhra Pradesh, specifically for Chilli, Turmeric, and Banana.

This bio input unit is dedicated to the production of high-quality bio-inputs, allowing the FPC to manufacture and offer non-chemical alternatives directly to its farmers. By producing these inputs locally, the partnership ensures that farmers have consistent access to sustainable crop care solutions that improve soil health and meet international safety standards.

Technological Infrastructure & Modernization

To enhance the primary processing capabilities of the region, the agreement outlines the procurement and installation of specialized machinery:

  • Advanced Turmeric Processing: The setup includes Turmeric Polishing Machines and Turmeric Cooking Boilers to ensure the crop is market-ready and maintains high quality.
  • Precision Agriculture: To improve efficiency and reduce manual labor, the partnership introduces Drones for spraying and Mulching Machines for advanced soil management.
  • Post-Harvest Integrity: The Supplier is committed to maintaining strict post-harvest handling and transportation protocols to preserve the quality of the produce from the farm gate to the buyer.

Capacity Building and Fair Trade

The collaboration bridges the gap between small-scale production and commercial markets through a structured support system:

  • Expert Training: Satya Impex will facilitate workshops on Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and Integrated Nutrient Management (INM) to help farmers achieve optimal yields with minimal chemical residues.
  • Market Security: The Anchor Buyer provides a reliable outlet for the farmers' produce, utilizing prevalent market rates and fair-trade practices to ensure financial stability for the growers.
  • Traceability and Standards: Both parties will implement rigorous quality and hygiene protocols, ensuring every batch of raw material is traceable and meets agreed-upon standards.

Governance

This MoU serves as a framework for long-term cooperation, governed by the laws of India and focused on creating a resilient, technology-driven agricultural ecosystem in Guntur. By combining commercial expertise with community-led production, Satya Impex and Sreshta FPC are setting a new standard for horticulture development.
